Impact Readiness Snapshot N°02 — Engagement $7,500 excl. GST · 10 working days

Know what your evidence can prove, before you have to prove it.

A funding decision is coming, and someone will ask for proof. Before you spend a cent on evaluation, the Snapshot shows where your evidence stands — what you can already say, what's missing, and exactly what to gather next. There is no version of this where you pay and learn you weren't ready.

01 What you receive

Every Snapshot covers the same ground:

  • An honest reading of every difference your work makes — on two kinds of proof: what the numbers show, and what the kōrero and practice show.
  • What you can safely say today, statement by statement — and the wording that stands up in front of a funder or board.
  • What's missing, named plainly — never as a mark against you.
  • A prioritised plan for what to gather next, how to collect it, the effort each step takes, and how the information is cared for.
  • An interactive report you can explore, plus a two-page brief for your board or funder. A kōrero with us to walk it through is included.

This is exactly what you get — a worked example for a fictional whānau navigation service, built by the same system that builds yours:

Try the switches in the example — you can watch the evidence position strengthen as steps are added. Yours works the same way.

02 Why organisations buy it

Know before you spend

A full evaluation starts from $20,000. The Snapshot tests what that money would actually prove — including whether your planned approach would hold up — before you commit to it.

Thin data is fine

Most organisations hold less than they think they need — and more than they realise. Kōrero and practice knowledge count as evidence here. Readiness is a position, not a pass mark.

It feeds the real thing

Commission a full impact assessment within 90 days and $5,000 excl. GST of the Snapshot fee is credited. The Snapshot is the on-ramp, not a detour.

03 Two ways to start

Kōrero first

Free, and no preparation needed. Tell us what's coming up; we'll tell you honestly whether a Snapshot will serve your decision — and if it won't, we'll say so.

04 How it works
01
Share your mahi.

A kōrero or a short online intake. Plain questions, your own words, any documents you have — rough is fine, we do the sorting.

02
We read everything.

Our analysis system and a person, together. Anything we inferred rather than heard comes back to you as a question, not an assumption. If a Snapshot won't serve your decision, we stop and refund in full.

03
Your Snapshot, in ten working days.

The interactive report, the two-page brief, and a kōrero to walk it through. Your data stays yours — aggregate findings only, in line with Māori data sovereignty.
